Custom Hats — Final Sale
Every custom hat is designed and handcrafted specifically for one client using individually selected measurements, materials, colors, and design details. Because custom hats cannot reasonably be resold, all custom-hat purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be proud of your hat. If your hat arrives damaged, has a workmanship defect, does not fit according to the measurements we confirmed, or differs materially from the design approved during your consultation, please contact us at southsidecustomhats@gmail.com within seven calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the concern, and clear photographs when applicable. We will review the situation and work with you in good faith to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include an adjustment, repair, replacement, or another reasonable remedy.
Please contact us before shipping a hat back. Damage caused by misuse, improper storage or care, cleaning, ordinary wear, or alterations performed by someone else is not considered a workmanship defect.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
